Spend Some Time In Worship With Vicki Yohe

Sometimes by the middle of my day, I get so bogged down in details, schedules, and putting out fires, that I can forget that “it’s not about me.”  God truly is in control and He alone deserves my wonder and adoration.  When I am in danger of making Sheeri the epicenter of the universe, I know that a worhip break is in order.  If I’m working from home, it’s not hard to fix. I just stop and bow down.  But if I’m in a public place, say, Starbucks, I have to be a little more creative.  Usually I just find a video like this one, plug in my headphones, and enter into worship without anyone but God and me being the wiser.  Every time I hear “Because Of Who You Are”, it stirs my soul and reminds me of why I do what I do – especially here at Elev8.  If your focus has gotten a bit off, please take a few minutes out of your busy day to push the “reset” button.
