Abercrombie & Fitch has had plenty of scandals on its hands, but luckily this is not one of them. If true, this only adds to to Abercrombie’s history of controversial employee policies. In 2003 the company settled a suit for forcing employees to buy and wear its products while working, and in 2004, A&F paid $40 million in a federal class-action lawsuit over discrimination against black, Hispanic and Asian employees. Forcing employees to do push ups when they make a mistake. The list has just been increased.

It looks like the legal team at Abercrombie & Fitch is working overtime again. According to TMZ, a former employee of the clothing store has filed a lawsuit claiming that the national chain sent him to a modeling agency that required him to masturbate in front of the camera.
