Pastor Marvin Sapp has had a busy week. he started the week by revealing the doctor’s orders:
For the past week my doctor has had me on bed rest due to a stress related illness. He had suspended my travel until today. Blood work, cholesterol, psa are great (very healthy) just unknown stress that triggered a negative physical reaction. Moral of the story, #Listen2YourBody #KnowWhen2Stop #KnowWhen2SayNo
This morning he let us know that he was feeling better and shared some behind the scenes footage for the new album.

Early flight! Meet me Bay Area! The Encounter with @drhames1 will be taking place @experiencebmc this Wednesday at 7pm. I will be in the house!
