The "I Got Away" Gospel Music Tour Returns for Part 2

The “I Got Away Tour” is running it back for part two. Bri Babineaux, Pastor Mike Jr., and Anthony Brown & Group TherAPy are hitting 15 more cities this fall.

The tour first kicked off back in April. Deitrick Haddon was part of the first leg of performances. It’s unclear why he’s not returning this time around.

The “I Got Away Tour” begs the question—“Are you ready to get away from something that’s holding you back?” The performances aim to uplift attendees’ spirt and encourage them to break free. Organizers said “I Got Away Too” is about more than getting away, it’s about finishing strong.

The tour is being done once again in partnership with the 18th annual McDonald’s Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour. Thanks to that partnership, general admission tickets are free. Fans can head to IGotAwayToo.com to register. General admission tickets are limited, but paid VIP tickets are also available.

For the nearly two decades, McDonald’s has been proud to bring their Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour to cities nationwide. This new partnership with “I Got Away” allows the fast food corporation to expand their outreach. This is also an extension of McDonald’s Black & Positively Golden movement, which sheds light on people making a difference in their communities through positivity and empowerment. “I Got Away” will also raise donations for families served by Ronald McDonald House Charities at each tour stop.
